Geo Range is a small light weight app to quickly and easily measure distances between two or more points. Distances can be measure to/from your current location or selected point. In chaining mode the distance between consecutive points are accumulated. The app supports several standard and metric measurements combined with street, satellite and hybrid map types for connivance.
Potential applications:
• While playing golf to determine distance to pin or distance ball was hit.
• Measure distance to travel/traveled while walking/hiking.
• Approximate surveying of land or to determine approximate amount of material needed for fencing or walls.
